Hey man, Thanks!! I'd say just create a 10 page story, and show it around to people you want to do a comic with. Try not showing the whole thing online, just tease it a little, and hopefully somebody like PopGun will want to include it in their anthology. Personally comics are so much fun, and exciting that I'd suggest just getting a bunch of friends together, and put together your own anthology comic...just a few hundred copies and keep building the popularity by asking new artists into the anthology, and printing more copies, eventually the comic might be printed on fancy paper, wrapped in a card stock cover, and shipped all over the world. Start small. think big.
I really dig your art style. Can't wait for the Image Rodd Racer book.
Just a suggestion, but I think it might be a good idea to tag the posts with comics so someone could click on that tag and be on a page with every installment so it's easier for someone to read or even add a link to that tag on the sidebar or something. Once this gets going the early installments will be buried and new readers might have a hard time catching up.
all pages look's very fuckin good!
ReplyDeleteI like adventure comics reminds me of my childhood.

ReplyDeleteI'm glad that this comic can remind us of those times of adventure. I'm having a great time with the project, look for more soon!
